Oleg is an Apriorit co-founder and has remained with Apriorit since 2002. As our CEO/General Manager, Oleg communicates with strategic clients and oversees product development. Prior to founding Apriorit, Oleg worked in IT as a QA specialist and programmer. In addition to his job at Apriorit, Oleg actively participates in Ukrainian and international IT conferences. He graduated from the faculty of applied mathematics at the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. He also received training in MACH 37 in the USA.

Alexander has been working in IT for more than 17 years. He joined Apriorit in 2006 as a junior developer and worked his way to Engineering Director. Alexander is fully in charge of software development, quality assurance, and the company’s long-term technical strategy. Prior to joining Apriorit, Alexander worked for several years as a software developer and IT consultant. He graduated from the Dnipro National University of Railway Transport faculty of technical cybernetics.

Klaudia has 18 years of experience working in IT. She joined Apriorit in 2005 and evolved from QA specialist to R&D delivery director. Klaudia looks over account management, customer communication, and the development of new areas of expertise in the company. She represents Apriorit at international conferences and expos. Klaudia is also a tutor and mentor at U Open University and a speaker at I Cultural Business Hub, PM Dnepr Community, and Outsource People. Alongside degrees from the faculty of economics and the faculty of applied mathematics in the area of intelligent decision-making systems at Dnipro National University, Claudia is ISTQB Foundation Level certified.

Ksenia has been working in finance for more than 17 years. She joined Apriorit in 2006 as an assistant director and gradually was promoted to CFO. Ksenia is responsible for Apriorit’s financial policy, ensuring the company’s financial stability, and managing administrative activities. She graduated from the faculty of foreign economic activities at the Institute of Municipal Management and Business in Kyiv.

Olena has 19 years of experience in HR, for 17 of which she has been working in IT. She joined Apriorit in 2006. Since 2008, Olena has held the position of HR Director and is responsible for creating the company’s HR strategy, employee development, corporate culture, internal communications, and implementation of HR best practices. Prior to joining Apriorit, Olena worked as a psychologist and HR in banking. She graduated from Dnipro National University with a degree in psychology and received additional HR education at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
