- 0Розгляд резюме. Ми зв’язуємося з кандидатом протягом однієї робочої доби після отримання резюме.
- 1Телефонна розмова з рекрутером. Мета: уточнити інформацію з резюме. Тривалість розмови загалом займає 5-10 хвилин. Чим чіткіше і повніше ви надали інформацію про себе в резюме, тим менше запитань виникне у нас під час розмови.
- 2Тестове завдання. В основному ТЗ даються на позиції рівня Junior, рідше – рівня Middle. Тестові завдання виконуються дистанційно.
- 3Тест з англійської + технічна співбесіда. Англійська мова може перевірятися письмово або усно, усе залежить від умов посади. Технічна співбесіда проводиться керівництвом проєкту, складом 2-3 людини. Мета співбесіди: визначити рівень володіння необхідними технічними знаннями. Тривалість такої співбесіди: близько 1 години.
- 4Співбесіда з HR директором. Мета зустрічі — визначити відповідність кандидата корпоративній культурі компанії, обговорити умови співпраці, відповісти на запитання кандидата.
- 5Співбесіда з замовником (не завжди) проводиться англійською мовою. Мета: знайомство з кандидатом, визначити рівень володіння технічними навичками.
